Every job gets a fast first draft, then a human HR practitioner checks it against your award, your state, and common sense before it goes out.
Not sure which one you need? Tell us what's going on:
4. Hours of Work
The Employee is engaged as a casual employee. There is no guarantee of ongoing or regular work, and the Employer is under no obligation to offer, and the Employee is under no obligation to accept, any particular shift or hours.
5. Casual Loading
In lieu of paid leave entitlements available to permanent employees, the Employee will receive a casual loading of 25% on top of the applicable base hourly rate under the [Award Name].
6. Casual Conversion
After 12 months of regular and systematic employment, the Employee may be entitled to request conversion to permanent part-time or full-time employment in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).
Full-time, part-time, or casual — built to match the right award and your actual working arrangement.
Leave, social media, WHS, code of conduct — the policies most small businesses only discover they need mid-crisis.
A staff issue landed on your desk this morning. One call, one clear answer on what you can and can't do.
Offer letter, induction checklist, and first-week schedule — so new hires don't start with a blank folder.
Underperformance, conduct, or a hard chat you're dreading — a script and a game plan before you walk in.
A complaint between two staff members that needs a fair, documented process — sized for a small team, not a royal commission.
Already have contracts and policies? We review what you've got and hand back a plain-English list of compliance gaps to fix.
Hiring your first staff member? Contract, policy pack, and onboarding kit bundled — everything a first hire needs, at less than buying them separately.
Most HR delays aren't about difficulty — they're about a consultant's calendar. We flipped the order: speed comes first, and expertise checks the work before it ever reaches you.
Contracts, policies, and letters start from a fast drafting system that already knows the shape of the document — so you're not paying for someone to type a template from scratch.
Every job is checked by someone with 8+ years across employee relations, workplace investigations, and enterprise agreements — the system speeds up the drafting, it doesn't replace the judgement.
No hourly clock running while you think out loud. You see the price on the ticket before you lodge the job.
You'll always know exactly where your job sits — no chasing a consultant for a status update.
Tell us what you need in plain terms — no forms to decode, just describe the problem.
LoggedA fast first draft comes together, then a practitioner reviews it against your industry, state, and award.
CheckedYou get the finished document or advice, plus a plain-English note on anything to watch.
DeliveredNo. It's practical HR guidance grounded in the Fair Work Act and relevant Modern Awards, checked by a practitioner with real workplace experience — but it's not a substitute for a lawyer on matters with serious legal risk (e.g. a Fair Work Commission claim). For most day-to-day HR problems, that's exactly the level small businesses actually need.
Tell us what's off and we'll revise it once at no extra charge. Most issues come down to a detail we didn't have — the more specific your ticket brief, the better the first draft.
Turnaround starts from when your ticket is lodged during business hours (9am–6pm AEST, Mon–Fri). A job lodged Friday afternoon with a 24hr SLA is ready Monday, not Saturday — we'll always confirm the exact ready-by time when your ticket is received.
You'll get an email confirming your ticket and expected ready-by time. We work from the details you gave at checkout — if we need anything else, we'll email you rather than leave the job stuck. The finished document or advice lands in your inbox by the turnaround time shown.
Email jobs@turnaroundhr.com.au from your subscription email and say you'd like to cancel — we'll process it the same business day, and your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. No forms, no retention scripts.
Not currently — everything here is built around the Fair Work Act and Australian Modern Awards, so it's Australian small businesses only for now.
Mention it in your ticket brief when you lodge — genuinely urgent jobs can often be bumped ahead of the queue for a rush fee, quoted before we start.
Every job on the board above is pay-as-you-go, fixed fee, no account needed. The Priority Pass is the only ongoing option — it's what unlocks Instant Advice.
